Within 8 hours of listing the unit, we received a full-asking-price offer and went into escrow. Smooth as can be, this condo closed 30 days later and our client took home an additional $17,400 more than the original market price of their home.


We recently had a client who wanted to sell their condo for top-dollar (who doesn’t?!). While the property was in good condition, the finishes and overall style of the condo were dated. So, we went to work with a $14k budget to completely change the look so our sellers could sell their home for more.

We upgraded most of the flooring to vinyl in the common areas and laid new tile in the bathrooms (we kept the existing carpet in the bedrooms because it was in great shape). We remodeled the kitchen and bathrooms with new countertops, fixtures, finishes, and lighting. We gave the whole unit a fresh coat of paint.

It took two weeks to complete the renovation and we completed the work under budget. With minimum down time or attention required from the seller, the condo was transformed and put on the market.
